FOLKSTYLE SEASON

This season starts in November and runs through the TNAAU State Championship in Early March.

    Cost: $100/wrestler

    Designed for 4 to 6-year-olds. This is an introduction to wrestling through fun games, gymnastics, fitness, and balance.

  • Practice Days: Wed, Friday

    Time: 6pm - 7:00pm

    Cost: $200/wrestler

    Designed for athletes 6-9 years-old with less than 2 years of wrestling experience. We focus on foundational moves and building mental and physical strength.

  • Practice Days: Mon, Tues, Thurs

    Time: 6pm - 7:30pm

    Cost: $300/wrestler

    Wrestlers 10+ or under 10 with 2+ years of wrestling experience. This group focuses on high level technique that works at all levels of wrestling.

  • Practice Days: Mo, Tu, Th, Fr

    Time: 3:30 - 5:00 pm

    Cost: $100/wrestler or $300 if transitioning to AAU after TMSSA season.

    TMSAA Season runs from October to December with TNAAU season to run until March.

FS/GR SEASON

This Freestyle/Greco season starts in late March and runs until Southeast Regionals in May.
