Prior to your child's first practice, they will need an AAU Card. You will be able to sign up for this when registering in Step 2.

Once the registration form is completed, we will send you an email with everything you need to know.

All wrestlers must have wrestling shoes, headgear, and a mouthpiece if they wear braces.  Wrestling will begin on time and end on time.  If your child does not have the attention span to pay attention for the entirety of practice you may be asked to move to a different group.

All wrestlers must keep their finger nails trimmed and maintain good body hygiene.
